- MSc / BS degrees in Computer Science or related fields
- Strong know-how and hands-on experience in Object-Oriented software development with multiple languages, frameworks and platforms
- Deep knowledge in software industry design patterns and methodologies
- Clear understanding of what makes a software system scalable and robust
- Capability to engage in deep analysis of the specific telecommunications domain
- Good communication, argumentative, and mentoring skills
